Nearly 30 children took part in a mini Jubilee-themed afternoon.

A whole host of imaginative games and activities for the children to try were dotted around the garden. One poor rat was splatted far too many times to count.

Other activities included:

  • Face painting
  • Making and flying a paper aeroplane as far as possible
  • Pinning the crown on a queen (not Elizabeth)
  • Decorating royal biscuits
  • Designing a princess crown.

Each child received a party bags full of royal mementoes plus the biscuits and crowns they had made.
